The Megalodon super solo is developed for overdriving tube amplifiers yet keeping the high end bite and crispness of your original tone all in a more compact pedal board friendly version. The TOURER features EXACTLY the same circuit & parts as the original award winning MEGALODON Super Solo.

The circuit uses 70’s new old stock class “A” driver and generally sounds better using carbon 9V batteries instead of alkaline.

The left hand knob is adjusted first to get just the correct amount of “class A bite” and gain from the driver stage. This control also increases the internal gain required.

After the bite level is selected then set the volume level to get the required amount of gain for your application.

The 2.1mm 9V DC socket is negative tip and requires a regulated 9v supply as is the industry standard. ROHS compliant.
